💰 I’ve done a few ads recently they all came at once but all things I genuinely love to do like the horse racing, or visiting lovely hotels or some good food. Thanks for support on those.

🎥 reels - people love to hate them as I know it’s so annoying that instagram isn’t what it used to be but personally i’ve enjoyed making them the last few weeks. I think some of instagram is so staged, planned and forced that reels can give a broader insight into things especially if it’s video clips. Thoughts?

Victors Newcastle 🌸

Right, I loved it. The sushi and cocktails were really good, so was my halloumi starter with greek yoghurt and pomegranate.

It had a lovely bar area for drinks and a good atmosphere throughout as well which I don’t think everywhere who has opened in that building on the quayside has always managed. Ideal for girls night 🍸

A d| As part of National Racehorse Week, Girsonfield Stud & Racing will be opening its doors to the public on 11th September. Like I did you can go and see how they train racehorses. They’re based in Otterburn in Northumberland and this is what you can expect from the day…

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 family friends with activities for the kids
🚗 plenty of parking
🤝 a welcome intro by Trainer Susan Corbett
🏇🏻demonstrations from the staff riding the racehorses on the gallops
👨‍⚕️a veterinary, physio and chiropractor demo on the care of the horse that all go to make the healthiest lifestyle possible for the Racehorses
🐎 You can meet all the racehorses in training and also the mares and foals - the future stars of the yard, as Girsonfield also have a small breeding side with their retired winning mares becoming the brood mares of the future.

If you’re into horse racing or horses in general it’s a great day out and so interesting to see them all. This is one of many yards across the country opening for National Racehorse week by @greatbritishracing

A d| National Racehorse Week by @greatbritishracing is coming up from 10th - 18th September, where over 150 racing yards and trainers will host open days for the public to go and see how racehorses are trained and cared for 🐎

I went to Girsonfield Stud & Racing Yard in Otterburn yesterday to experience it for myself, but others will include Epsom, Newmarket and Malton.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In total there will be 5 racing yards open across the North East, and you can learn their training plans, see demonstrations from the vets, trainers and jockeys, as well as seeing how well they’re cared for at all stages of their racing career and life 🏇🏻
